SKSA Operational Staff

Our Operations Staff are the professional team dedicated to the daily excellence of SKSA. As paid employees of the Association, they ensure our facilities remain in premier condition.

  • Daily Maintenance: Managing the upkeep and readiness of all SKSA-owned facilities.
  • On-Site Support: Coordinating day-to-day operations to provide a seamless experience for players and families.
  • Professional Standards: Ensuring that our fields and parks meet the high safety and quality standards our community expects.


John Carroll ~ Executive Director

The Executive Director serves as the full-time leader of SKSA, overseeing the comprehensive daily operations of all facilities owned or operated by the Association.

  • Operational Leadership: Manages the full lifecycle of facility maintenance and major capital projects.
  • Financial Oversight: Directly responsible for the Association’s accounting and financial health.
  • Service Operations: Supervises concession operations and ensures a high-quality experience for all visitors.
  • Staff Supervision: Leads and develops the Association’s full support staff team.
  • Accountability: Reports directly to the President of the Board of Directors.



David Frame ~ Director of Facilities, Chief Umpire


Director of Facilities & Tournament Operations David oversees the maintenance and operational excellence of the Rothwood Baseball Complex and Klein Park.

  • Facility Management: Leads the full-time and part-time staff responsible for field maintenance and major capital improvement projects.
  • Tournament Director: Serves as the lead official for all Select and Metro tournaments, ensuring a high-quality experience for visiting teams.
  • Umpire Oversight: Manages the training, supervision, and scheduling of the SKSA umpire staff.
  • Rules Authority: Leverages his experience as a professional and collegiate umpire to assist in the maintenance and evolution of SKSA playing rules.



Kristin Gibson - Bookkeeping / Field Rentals

Financial & Logistics Coordinator Kristin manages the essential business operations of SKSA, ensuring financial accuracy and community partnerships.

  • Financial Management: Maintains the Association’s official books in coordination with the VP of Finance and external accounting partners.
  • Facility Rentals: Serves as the primary coordinator for all field and facility rentals across our complexes.
  • Sponsorship Lead: Manages the collection and processing of sponsor forms to support our league programs.



Sidney Reyes - Concessions Manager

Director of Concessions & Hospitality Sidney oversees the full-scale dining and concession operations across all three SKSA facilities.

  • Operational Management: Responsible for the daily execution and efficiency of every concession location.
  • Staffing & Training: Manages the recruitment, scheduling, and supervision of our professional concession team.
  • Inventory Control: Directs all procurement and stock management to ensure our parks are always fully supplied for our families.
  • Financial Integrity: Oversees the balancing of daily receipts and financial reporting for the concessions department.



Michael Carroll - Director of Marketing

Director of Corporate Partnerships Mike connects local and corporate partners with the SKSA community, creating valuable marketing opportunities that support our youth programs.

  • Partnership Development: Designs and implements marketing opportunities for businesses to reach our membership.
  • Sponsorship Management: Maintains our official digital partner registry and oversees banner placements across our field complexes.
  • Brand Visibility: Manages the lifecycle of field fence banner sales and corporate recognition.
