2025-2026 SKSA Board of Directors
The Spring Klein Sports Association Board of Directors is responsible for the overall operation of the Association.
The Board of Directors are elected by the membership, 3 positions are elected each May for a 2 year term.
The Directors are volunteers that have served in other volunteer capacities and all have or have had children enrolled in our programs.
Otis L. Davis ~ President of SKSA
The President serves as the principal executive officer of the Association, supervising and controlling all business and affairs of SKSA. The President presides over all meetings of the Members and the Board of Directors. In addition to other authorized officers, the President may sign Board-approved deeds, mortgages, contracts, or other legal instruments. They perform all duties incident to the office of President and additional duties as prescribed by the Board of Directors.
Mike Ayers ~ President of Baseball
The President of Baseball oversees and coordinates all baseball-related activities for the Association. Serving as the Chair of the Baseball Executive Board, they preside over all Executive and General meetings and serve as an ex-officio member of all baseball committees. The President is directly responsible for the administration of the Metro Baseball Leagues, including the oversight of equipment, uniforms, and league logistics. With approval from the SKSA Board of Directors, the President of Baseball appoints the members of the Baseball Executive Board to ensure the successful execution of every season.
Debbie Gibson ~ President of Adult Softball
The President of Adult Softball oversees and coordinates all activities involving the Association’s adult softball programs. This role is responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and administrative execution of all adult-related softball leagues and events under the SKSA umbrella.
David Andis - Vice President of Legal
The Vice President of Legal is responsible for advising the Board of Directors on all legal matters pertaining to the Association. In addition to serving as the primary legal counsel for SKSA, they perform all duties incident to the office and handle specialized assignments as determined by the Board of Directors to ensure the association’s continued growth and stability.
Wade Gibson ~ Corporate Secretary
The Secretary is the official custodian of records for the Association, responsible for documenting the minutes of all Board and Member meetings and maintaining the member registry. They ensure that all official notices are distributed in accordance with the bylaws and legal requirements. Additionally, the Secretary leads the Association’s publicity efforts and performs all duties incident to the office as prescribed by the President or the Board of Directors.
Tanner Flood ~ Vice President of Finance
The Vice President of Finance serves as the Treasurer and primary financial officer for the Association. They are responsible for the custody of all funds and securities, managing the deposit of all association monies into Board-selected depositories, and providing official receipts for all incoming revenue. To ensure the highest level of fiscal integrity, the Treasurer maintains any Board-required bonds and performs all duties incident to the office of Treasurer, alongside specialized financial assignments as designated by the President or Board of Directors.
Jesse Stinson ~ President of Select Baseball
The President of Select Baseball oversees and coordinates all activities involving the Association’s competitive programs. Serving as the Chair of the Select Baseball Executive Board, they preside over all Select Executive and General meetings and act as an ex-officio member of all Select-related committees. The President is directly responsible for the Klein Mustang select organization and provides supervision for the paid Select Baseball developmental staff. With approval from the SKSA Board of Directors, the President of Select Baseball appoints the leadership team for the Select Baseball Executive Board to ensure the highest quality of competitive play.
